And ZEN Zere was Zis Great Hotel. Heaven on Earth.

An abolutely marvellous hotel with the nicest staff you could ever wish to meet. So helpful and very kind. The hotel was clean and fresh. The food was great and the ambience was great. There's a pool where you can wash away the cobwebs and enjoy a bit of relaxation. Loved it here.

Everything passed muster with 5 stars.

The booking was made for a colleague who travelled in from Bangkok. He had informed for a minor "flood" which happened in his room. This was unexpected!

Closer to the safari than other hotels we looked at. Peaceful getaway area comparing to other locations. Friendly and awesome staff.

Awesome location, if they devote to having a cleaner rooms, they will definitely get more customers.

Much ado about nothing

1) Responsive online customer service team 2) airport Pick up was okay

The hotel failed to meet my minimum expectations. WiFi was crappy. TV channels were not showing clearly so I had to stop using it. The AC control had a challenge. The breakfast was same everyday - basic and bland. Whenever the room was cleaned, tissue paper wasn’t provided. I had to ask before I got tissue paper. In all it’s an experience I would like to forget. They made many promises but failed to deliver.

I wish I had better things to say about it because the staff was lovely, but I would not recommend.

The staff couldn't find my booking through booking.com, but they honored the price without question even though it was almost half of the listed price at the front desk. The deposit was $50 but I didn't have enough cash and they said it's difficult with their system to refund if it's put on a credit card, but they had no problem using the $20 I had with me as a deposit instead. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Also there was AC in the room which worked very well.

Unfortunately the room was very uncomfortable. 1. I'm pretty sure there was no mattress on the bed, just a peice of wood covered with sheets. 2. The TV didn't work. 3. In the bathroom there was only a tiny bottle of soap and two travel toothbrush packets. 4. They played very loud music at the bar until late.

Location and money wasn't really worth it,but would stay some place else next time.

I like that I was able to get a room change from downstairs to upstairs and the room smelled good. Internet was good. And got towels in my room!

tv channels didn't work,poor wifi if your in the middle downstairs. I was in room 116. small smell of mildew mold when got there,turning on the air con blew it away. Didn't have towels in my room. I had bad timing being there because there was giant BBQ out in front with music going on and the front desk computer was down or just kind of slow. Luckily I was able to get a room change! that smell good and have good wifi. FUNNY thing the lamp is right next to the bed but there no outlet for the lamp.so it just sits there pretending to be a lamp that works.if you have room 205 you'll see! Oh yeah you'll also notice there's no phone in your room to call room service or anything.so you have to use your phone and use WhatsApp to contact the front desk. it's tacky and lame for a hotel to have to do that. I should've taken a pic! Lol Also another bad thing I didn't like was that grab drivers wouldn't know where to drop me off and have hard time getting me. So location is :( even online on maps you wouldn't even know except you'll be within ththe vicinity close by. Ask around or get lucky trying to find the place.

It's resided in a very quiet area. Great for getting away from busy bustle.

The room is not worth the money. With almost the same price, i can get a better one with cleaner and better facilities.

Great location, poor amenities

The property is situated next to a horse stable, themed around horses.. It has a large front lawn and seating area with good music, good sized swimming pool to cool down on sunny days. They also have facility for making your own BBQ. The rooms are basic with few amenities, little or no difference between standard rooms and grandeur rooms which are $100 more expensive. We managed to get good night's sleep on all days, the mattress and bed sheets were clean. WiFi was good, there area few rooms where the connection is weak. The morning breakfast was based on a fixed menu and portions

There is no phone in the rooms to connect to the reception, every request you need to go to the lobby. Housekeeping was poor, TV wasn't fixed for the 5 days we were staying there. Basic things like toiletries, water bottles, tea satches had to be reminded to be refreshed. The hotel doesn't prepare food during lunch or dinner, everything needs to be orderd from outside, can be especially challenging when we have a late check-in

- Le chenil situé en face de l'hôtel et le réveil par des aboiements à 6h du matin chaque jour. - L'absence de fenêtre dans les chambres. - Le ménage qui n'a jamais été fait durant mon séjour de 8 nuits. - Les linges n'ont jamais été changés durant mon séjour (drap et serviettes). - Le papier hygiénique n'est pas fourni. - L'épaisse couche de poussière sous le lit. - Les draps fournis mal nettoyés. - Le café/discothèque bruyant chaque soir. - Le coffre fort disfonctionnel.

В номере нет окон, только небольшое окошко у двери , очень шумное место, рядом питомник собак и каждое утро в 6 утра они начинают лаять всей сворой. В гостинице за 5 дней ни разу!!! Не убрали номер, не вынесли мусор, не поменяли полотенца и постельное, полы очень грязные , приходилось ходить в обуви. В коридорах грязь . Бассейн просто сплошная грязь! Плавают листья , на дне лежит слой чёрного цвета - остатки листьев и просто грязь. Ничего хорошего сказать не могу, потому что его там не было! И все это «удовольствие» стоило больше 100 долларов в сутки!!! Никогда больше !
